Hi folks, i am new to this forum and to Media Streaming, so please be gentle.
I am looking for a Media streamer i can use to stream music, video, photos and any other sorts of media from my PC to my TV.
I do not need a DVD player, but would need the following specs;
HDMI output.
Possibly optical out.
USB input.
Wired Ethernet connection.

Hello Everyone,

A company I intern for has asked me to figure out how to stream our movies online. I'm looking for basic answers to my questions:

We want this to run through our existing webpage
We have about 20 feature length films that we're thinking about streaming online in a pay-to-rent transaction.
Each film will be encoded in h.264 and play through flash player.
Each film will probably end up being around 600-700 mbs encoded at 800 kbps

hi there, sorry to be a numpty... i am trying to record audio streams from samurai.fm's standalone media player, i'm not sure what codec they are. i have tried using URLsnooper2 to find it but to no avail. i have tried viewing all URL's not just media ones and my network adaptor is fine... streamboxVCR2 is also not showing the right URL's for samurai.fm.

i used to use replayAV to record streams but it stopped working and i couldn't sort it out... so i'm...

I've been having some trouble capturing this stream and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to capture the high-resolution streams of episodes of "As the World Turns" from Hulu.com. Such as this one:

Downloaded flv file - Why is the sound distorted?

Can someone help please... I downloaded this clip via Firefox DownloadHelper and when I play it from my hard drive, the picture is fine but the sound is distorted. Why does that happen and how can I get an intact version?

WinXP SP3 and WMP 9

I'm using WinXP SP2 and haven't upgarded the WMP 9 coz still need to use Drm2Wmv, so my question is that will the version of WMP 9 still remain unchanged after I install SP3? Drm2Wmv still can use after SP3. Thanks in advance.
