I apologize in advance if the answer to my following question is already here somewhere. I want to record a streaming video from this site:

I have been searching for the proper software, but always seem to come to a dead-end. Any info on how to record this streaming video would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you want to change your life and your outlook on life, watch this video. It really works!
