Yes, by using the ASX URL you furnished, I put that into NetTransport, it downloaded it and then started downloading the MMS file - the actual ASF streaming file.... or URLSnooper would probably find it as well.

You can also get it using the view-source method (but not if you're using XP service Pack 2)
Just put 'view-source:' in front of the link and paste it into the URL bar in internet explorer. If you're using XP service pack 2 this will work using Firefox browser. Or alternatively, just right click on the link you posted and choose 'Save Target As' and save it to your desktop. Rename the .asx extension to .txt and open in notepad to see the full URL starting mms:// and ending .asf Happy streaming, NiVZ |

I use Internet Explorer with Windows XP Pro (SP2).... when I use 'Save Target As' , instead of having to rename the ASX extension to the TXT extension, you can simply open the ASX file with Notepad by using the "Open with" option then selecting Notepad.... this allows you to see the full MMS (ASF) file, also, Eliminates the need of having to rename the extension and/or putting 'view-source:' in front of the link, etc. |
